What to expect

Redness or sunburn reaction that may persist 2-5 hours after treatment
Bruising that might last 2-5 days
Darkened age spots or freckles that might last for 3-7 days
Crusting that may last up to 10 days.

After care:

Do not take hot shower or bath.
No waxing or exfoliating for 7 days, and avoid chemical peels or products with retinol.
Do not pick crusting.
No direct sun exposure, and keep your skin well protected with SPF of 30 or greater for 30 days.
Keep skin well moisturized.
